President / CEO

Sergio is a highly experienced & respected expert in the fields of health & life insurance, and tax planning for over 24 years now. Throughout Sergio's career, he as been recognized as a leader in the Financial & Insurance industry and has been invited to speak at numerous events.

Sergio's tax planning skills has provided his clients with comprehensive tax planning services that help them minimize their tax liabilities and maximize their financial goals. Working with businesses of all sizes, Sergio is well-equipped to provide clients with the guidance they need to navigate through the complexities of the tax system.

Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley in Texas. He and his beautiful wife Lucy have kept the valley their home and raised three outstanding children who all have servants' hearts and a business mindset. They are now grandparents and know the importance of keeping a family close together. Sergio treats his clients like family and genuinely wants to put every single one of them in a position to prosper.

Eddie Navarrete

Eddie has over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. Eddie is a proud El Paso native who has called the Rio Grande Valley his home for the past 27 years. He has been happily married to his beautiful wife Elizabeth for many years, and they enjoy spending time together whenever they can. When he's not busy working at the office, Eddie loves nothing more than spending time with his family, especially his 10 grandchildren.

Eddie is also an active member of his community, and the Assistant Pastor at Antioch Bible Church in Alamo, Texas.

Jaime is a dedicated Tax & Financial Strategist and Health Insurance Authority with a passion for helping his clients achieve success. With years of experience in the industry, Jaime has built a reputation as a knowledgeable and trustworthy advisor who always puts his clients’ needs first. He understands that each client is unique and takes the time to develop personalized strategies that meet their individual or group needs.

Jaime’s commitment to his clients doesn’t stop at the office. He knows the importance of work-life balance and enjoys spending quality time with his family. Jaime has been married to his beautiful wife Reena for 22 years and cherishes every moment he gets to spend with her and their two wonderful children.

When he's not in the office or spending time with his family, Jaime being a Valley native, enjoys nothing more than being out in nature. He is an avid archer & fisherman and attributes his love for the outdoors to his late father.
